How much money does it need to make a 3D animation film of 1 hour?

I am a new student of animation and it is my dream to make a 3D animation film. So i want to know how much money (US dollars) it would need to make an 1 hour 3D animation film in US.
I would be very thankful if u also give me an idea about how many animators it needs.

I am talking about a 3D film like shrek (quality) without including sound effects, actors, music or anything else ony animation.

Can you work as a disney animator and live in another state other than cali?

I want to become a disney animator, but I live in florida and the studio here is long gone. Im really dont want to live all the way in a state on the other side of the country, away from family friends and everything I know just to become an animator. I was wondering, can you work for them from home or something? Fax all work to them and stuff?
