How do I break the news to my parents that I want to drop out of college?

I have completed two years of college already in Telecommunications: Film at the University of West Florida. Before my second year, my parents moved from Florida to Georgia, taking away my in-state tuition. I cannot claim in-state for myself unless I am 24 years of age, which I have 4 years to go.
