Is Disney planning any new attractions/areas in response to the Harry Potter section of Islands of Adventure?

I remember that they created Disney-MGM in response to the main Universal park (and opened it ahead of Universal, lol), and the ride Dinosaur in response to Jurassic Park.
Also, if you had to guess what will be the next big attraction Disney announces?
